Project Management

The Project Management team at Thames Valley Police work alongside leaders and Business Change Partners to provide specialist support to help the force understand current and future policing demands. We identify issues and opportunities, and ensure our people are supported through organisational change that impacts on them.

Change is a constant in many organisations, and TVP is no different. As an ever-evolving modern police force, we need to introduce and manage change to achieve our objectives.

Who makes up the team?

The department is made up of a variety of roles, including Programme Managers who each have their own remit, enabling the force to meet strategic aims. Project Managers are key to stakeholder management and often manage multiple projects at the same time. Assistance in these important tasks is provided by Project Support Assistants, who manage schedule and help to coordinate the team.
